Flexible Leases
Leases (Licenses to Occupy) are offered on a one month’s “easy in easy out” notice basis.

Coworking Hot Desks
Hot desks are available to use during office hours, Monday to Friday. They are charged as £15 (+VAT) per half day (up to 4 hours on the same day) or £25 (+VAT) per full day.

Range of Office Sizes
Within the building, there are individual offices for sole traders and larger offices for SME for up to 15 people.

Offices to rent in Tavistock
The Hub offers free Wi-Fi to all tenants and hot deskers. We have our own leased line to ensure speed and stability.
